Online Movie Ticket Purchase

Our current system does not allow refunds to be done online. Refunds do not include the service charge. Once the showtime for the movie ticket has passed, movie tickets are no longer refundable.

  1. Refunds before the showtime can be obtained thru our contact us page on our website schulmantheatres.com. Please allow time for us to respond.
  2. You may also contact us by phone.
  3. Show up at the box office 30 minutes before showtime to receive your refund.

Your confirmation page and the purchasing credit card need to be available to receive your refund. Depending on your bank a refund can take from 5 to 7 days to show up on your bank account.

Refunds for ticket bought from Fandango

Tickets that were purchased through Fandango and not Schulman theatres.com may be refunded through Fandango. To receive a refund from Fandango, please contact them at least 2 hours before your movie showtime at 1-800-326-3264 or request a refund through Fandango’s customer service form. If you have any further questions regarding Fandango policies and procedures, please visit fandango.com for more information.

Refunds for Past Dates

We do not offer refunds for tickets purchased for a date that has passed. You will need to purchase new tickets for a showing on a future date or time.

Extra tickets

We do not offer refunds for extra tickets purchased. Example if you buy 3 tickets and 1 person does not show up.

Under age rated “R” features

Rated "R" tickets must be purchased by someone 17 or older and can show a valid ID. Anyone under 17 or cannot show valid ID that is not going to have a guardian 21 and older attend the movie with them will not be allowed to attend the movie and will not receive a refund for buying online or kiosk tickets for a rated “R” feature.
